This webinar will provide an introduction to discovering, accessing and wrangling NEON small mammal data using R. The webinar will follow the Introduction to Small Mammal Data tutorial. Instructors will code in real time, allowing participants to follow along and ask questions as they go. The final 30 minutes will be reserved for Q&A and assistance. Programming language: R
Prerequisites: Participants should be familiar with the material taught in Access and Work With NEON Data workshops prior to this webinar. If you haven't attended one of these workshops live, you can view a recorded webinar here, or work through the tutorial on your own.
Requirements for participation: Prior to the webinar, you will need R installed on your computer, and RStudio if desired. You will need to install the following R packages: {neonUtilities}, {neonOS}, {dplyr}, {ggplot2}. If you have any problems with installations, use the Contact Us page.
