The Oka' Institute's annual conference, now OKA' CON, will be November 8-9, 2023.
"The Oka' Sustainability Conference serves as a crucial platform for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and ideas on water sustainability," said Dr. Duane Smith, executive director of the Oka’ Institute. "We are excited to bring together experts from various fields to address the pressing challenges facing our water resources and work towards actionable solutions."
This year's theme is "Uniting for Water: A Collaborative Approach to Integrated Water Resource Management" with sessions & workshops on water research, water policy, sustainable communities, and land stewardship.
