The NEON Assignable Assets Program (AA) provides elements of NEON's infrastructure to community members, aiding their research and other endeavors. Through the AA program, NEON functions as an easily accessible research platform for Principal Investigator-initiated studies and environmental investigations. This encompasses access to NEON's infrastructure, on-site coordination, a skilled workforce of field ecologists, engineering and scientific personnel. AA projects are mainly cost-recoverable and subject to resource availability.
