neonUtilities 1.3.3 now available on CRAN

neonUtilities 1.3.3 is now available on CRAN! Changes in this version are fairly minor, primarily meant to fix bugs in version 1.3.2.

• loadByProduct() used with the `avg` input to filter by averaging interval is working again after breaking in the 1.3.2 update.
• variables files processed by stackByTable() now include the fields added by stackByTable()
• variables,validation, readme, and sensor_positions files processed by stackByTable() now include the data product number in the file name, e.g. variables_10098. This avoids the problem of duplicating file names when downloading multiple data products.
• Package citation is regularized. To get citation information for the neonUtilities package, run citation('neonUtilities')
