Bryce Nance is a member of the NEON Science Team, working in both the Aquatic Instrumentation (AIS) and Aquatic Observation (AOS) Systems. His main focus involves working across NEON teams to troubleshoot aquatic sensors and other AIS instrumentation. Bryce started his career with NEON as a seasonal technician at Domain 10/13, Southern Rockies and Central Plains, leading AIS and AOS field crews. During this time he maintained sensors, assessed data quality, and co-authored preventative maintenance documentation. In 2019, Bryce joined the NEON Science Team where he currently applies his field experience to maintaining high data quality standards derived from the aquatic sensor network. Bryce received his B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
