Macroinvertebrate and Zooplankton Metabarcoding Bioinformatics Data Discrepancies 2018, 2019

Macroinvertebrate metabarcoding (DP1.20126.001) and Zooplankton metabarcoding (DP1.20221.001) bioinformatics data in the tables inv_metabarcodeTaxonomy and zoo_metabarcodeTaxonomy tables are missing or have incorrectly labeled records for COI-F230 for samples collected in 2018 and 2019. For samples collected in 2018, all records in these tables are labeled as COI-BE, although approximately 11,000 of these records should be labeled with COI-F230. For samples collected in 2019, COI-F230 records are missing from the table in the data completely. Portal data will be updated on the 2022 data release.
