New version of neonUtilities (2.2.0)

neonUtilities 2.2.0 is now available on CRAN!

Updates in this new version:

• stackByTable() and loadByProduct() correctly handle new Science Review Flag table for sensor data products
• byFileAOP() and byTileAOP() correctly handle years with multiple AOP collections (this is rare)
• getTaxonTable() has been migrated to the neonOS package, as getTaxonList()
• verbose output from byFileAOP() and byTileAOP() removed 
• updated co-located site lists for aquatic site meteorology and AOP flights 
• improved error messaging for API non-response
