Resolved: fDOM temperature and absorbance correction algorithm updates

Issues identified in the previous post have been resolved.
The Water quality (DP1.20288.001) ATBD document (NEON.DOC.004931, version B) has been revised, internally reviewed, and reflects the correct equations for fDOM, temperature, and absorbance corrections. Cyberinfrastructure (CI) code has been updated and data were reprocessed from December 14th through 30th, 2020. The correct fDOM data are available on the portal and were included in NEON's first data release.
