The full timeseries of Surface Atmosphere Exchange data products is being reprocessed with the most recent algorithms and quality control thresholds to improve overall data coverage and quality, and to homogenize file contents and structure through time.
The first publication of reprocessed data has now occurred, and covers the beginning of data collection to the end of 2019 at all sites except BLAN, GRSM, and HEAL. These sites, as well as all 2020 data, will be published as processing completes. We expect this to occur before the end of the year.
Reprocessed data can be identified by the date embedded in the file name of each downloaded HDF5 file. Dates after October 1st 2020 indicate reprocessed data. Please use the data portal contact form for further inquiries regarding data reprocessing and publication.
