Throughfall precipitation data processing reinstated

The Soil Sensor Technical Working Group, which is an advisory group of external scientific community members, has recommended the continued publication of throughfall precipitation data despite noted quality concerns. Per their recommendation, all throughfall data will be quality flagged as suspect until the sensor retrofit can be completed (which will implement an improved tipping mechanism), and the data product download package will continue to include a notice describing the quality concerns.
